According to the national Polish Biocidal Products Act all marketing authorisations for biocidal products expire on 31.12.2024. Consequently, to remain on the Polish market you need to apply for a prolongation of your marketing authorisation which can be extended until 2030.
The marketing authorisation must be registered with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products. More information is available in their announcement here
