Annex 1 of the BPR is a list of active substances that may be used in less harmful products eligible for a simplified authorisation. The simplified authorisation procedure applies to less harmful biocidal products that do not contain substances of very high concern (SVHCs) or nanosubstances.
The following foods and feed have been added:
- vinegar
- Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast fungus)
- powdered egg
- honey
- D-fructose
- concentrated apple juice
- cheese
