The NOFA network is in Danish and offers training, workshops and advice on risk assessment, handling and labelling of allergens. Through a Teams sharepoint, members can confidentially discuss issues related to allergen management. The aim is to help the food industry better understand food allergens, answer open questions and make our food safer.
We organise two annual meetings/seminars with expert presentations, updates on legislation and analysis, debates on current issues, mini-workshops and time for open discussion and exchange of experience. We also offer to organise webinars to share experience in a confidential forum.
